Delek Logistics Partners, LP Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution to $0.51 per Limited Partner Unit

BRENTWOOD, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE: DKL) (“Delek Logistics”) today announced the declaration of its quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2014 of $0.510 per limited partner unit, or $2.04 per unit on an annualized basis. This distribution represents a 4.1 percent increase from the third quarter 2014 distribution of $0.490 per limited partner unit ($1.96 per limited partner unit annualized) and a 22.9 percent increase over Delek Logistics’ distribution for the fourth quarter 2013 of $0.415 per limited partner unit ($1.66 per limited partner unit annualized). The fourth quarter 2014 cash distribution is payable on February 13, 2015 to unitholders of record on February 6, 2015.
