Mr. Abu has served as CEO of Delek Drilling since 2011, and as CEO of Avner since 2016. He served as Trade and Regulation Manager of Delek and Avner, and as a Senior Professional Adviser to the Minister of Finance.
Mr. Abu was a partner in the development of the Tamar Field and in promoting development of all other discoveries. On behalf of the gas partnerships, he led the negotiations for the sale of natural gas to the domestic market and the regional agreements.
Mr. Abu holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and undertook LLM studies in the joint program of the Hebrew University and Georgetown University Law Center.

מר יוסי אבו, מנכ"ל דלק קידוחים משנת 2011 ומנכ"ל אבנר משנת 2016. בתפקידיו הקודמים כיהן כמנהל סחר ורגולציה בדלק קידוחים ואבנר וכיועץ מקצועי בכיר לשר האוצר רוני בר-און, תפקיד במסגרתו היה מעורב בגיבוש תקציב המדינה ורפורמות מבניות במשק הישראלי.
יוסי היה שותף להובלת פיתוח מאגר תמר וקידום פיתוח תגליות לוויתן ואפרודיטה, והוביל מטעם שותפויות הגז את המו"מ למכירת גז טבעי למשק המקומי ובראשם ההסכם עם חברת החשמל, ואת המו"מ על הסכמי הייצוא האזוריים לירדן, מצרים וטורקיה.
בעל תואר ראשון (LLB) במשפטים מהאוניברסיטה העברית, ולמד לתואר שני (LLM) במשפטים בתכנית של האוניברסיטה העברית ואוניברסיטת ג'ורג'טאון.

Ron has served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1990. During his first period at the ministry he was personal assistance to the Director General and dealt mainly with the Oslo process and the economic peace with the Palestinians. In 1997 he started a long and interesting period of 15 years dealing with all aspect of the United Nations. He started in New York, serving as counselor for economic and social affairs at the Permanent Mission of Israel. In 2004, two years after his return from NY, he became the director of the UN Department at the Foreign Ministry and engaged mainly with the efforts to promote the relations between Israel with the United Nations, as well as the image of the UN among the Israeli public. As part of these efforts he initiated the UNGA resolution on Holocaust Remembrance and the International Commemoration Day. He served as a member and the chairman of a UN committee on Program and Coordination and at the same time promoted an ODA law in the Knesset. In 2008 Ron started his post as Deputy Ambassador of Israel to the UN in Geneva where he was in charge on the relations with numerous International Organizations and Specialized agencies, such as the ILO, WHO, UNEP, UNHCR, IOM and ITU. Upon his return to Israel Ron has engaged in the Specialized agencies such as UNESCO. Later on he became the director for the OECD membership of Israel, and now also the Energy file in the MoFA, including the relations with the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Almogy has served as our Chief Investment Officer – Europe & Asia since 2015 and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of OPC since 2011 and 2007, respectively.
Mr. Almogy has 18 years of experience in economics and business development in the energy industry.
Mr. Almogy previously headed the economics department at a leading energy company from 1997 to 2001, and has held various executive positions in the Ofer Group and at IC.
Mr. Almogy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration, both from Tel Aviv University.

2011 – Present; General Manager of the Dorad Power Plant, an 860 megawatt private power plant. Managed the construction, commissioning of the power plant, and placement into commercial operation. Oversaw the recruitment and training of the operation and maintenance organization and also the development of the electricity marketing organization. Responsible from commercial operation for management of all the company’s activities including electricity production and supply.
Prior to this, worked at the Israel Electricity Company (IEC) in various senior positions, with the last being as assistant manager of the Production Division with responsibility for all mechanical equipment.

משנת 2011 , מנכ״ל תחנת הכח דוראד , תחנת הכח הפרטית בהספק של 860 מגה ואט. ניהל את הקמת תחנת הכח, ההכנסה לעבודה, וההפעלה המסחרית, ניהל את בניית צוותי תפעול ותחזוקה וכן את בניית חברת האספקה. מההפעלה המסחרית מנהל את כל פעילות החברה, כולל את חברת הייצור וחברת האספקה .
לפני תפקיד זה, עבד בחברת החשמל כ 19 שנים בתפקידים בכירים שונים ובתפקיד האחרון היה סגן מנהל אגף הייצור למכונות.

In the last 37 years Gabi worked in the Industrial Gas Industries. For 24 years in one of the Largest Industrial Gas Company , BOC/BOCE 20 years in USA & Europe and 4 years in Israel ( BOC was bought by Linde Gases few years ago) , starting as an Engineer in the Field, than section Mgr, Group Mgr , Division Mgr , General Manager, running, supervising & managing Projects and Processes in USA & Europe , in the fields of various Production Plants such as ASUs, H2, CO2, Semiconductors, Heavy Metal Industries etc in the range of 70 to 90 million US$. I served for 13 years in OXAR, the largest Industrial Gas Company in Israel, as the CEO. Dealing actually in the same fields as in BOC however, in smaller scale.

Chen Holds an MBA from the Hebrew University, specializing in information systems and finance.
Chen Has been involved in most of the reforms in the fuel industry over the past decade, including splitting and privatizing the oil refineries, privatization of "Pi Glilot" oil terminals and promoting competition in the domestic gas sector.
In recent years, Chen he has been promoting the "Universal Refueling Device" Revolution, and promoting the integration of alternative use of compressed natural gas (CNG) for transport.

היה שותף למרבית הרפורמות במשק הדלק בעשור האחרון ובכלל זה, פיצול והפרטת בתי הזיקוק, הפרטת חברת פי-גלילות, קידום התחרות במשק הגז הביתי.
בשנים האחרונות מקדם במרץ את מהפכת התקן התדלוק האוניברסלי וכן מקדם את שילוב ההנעה החילופית בגז טבעי דחוס (CNG) לתחבורה.

ישראל דנציגר ייסד וניהל מספר חברות היי-טק, ביניהן חברת "דיגיטל פיול", אשר פיתחה ושיווקה מוצרים לחברות ענק ועשרות אלפי משתמשים ברחבי העולם, ונמכרה לחברת VMware.
הוא פעיל וחבר בוועד המנהל של מספר עמותות וארגונים הפועלים למען ילדים, נוער ומשפחות בסיכון וכן לקידום תעסוקה בפריפריה החברתית. בין הארגונים: פורום כפרי הנוער והפנימיות, עמותת שכולוטוב וארגון סח"י (ארגון נוער ונוער בסיכון) .
לפני כמה שנים חבר דנציגר אל מר משה כחלון ויחד עם עוד מספר שותפים לדרך הקימו את מפלגת "כולנו".

כיהן במספר תפקידים ברשות להגבלים עסקיים משנת 2012 כאשר בתפקידו האחרון שימש אילת ככלכלן הראשי וממלא מקום הממונה על ההגבלים העסקיים. במסגרת תפקיד זה ניהל מקצועית צוות של 35 כלכלנים בתחומיDr. Ronen Dagon began his career in 1984, as the Senior Advisor to the Israeli Minister of Economy, under Prime Minister Mr. Shimon Peres team. During the 1990s, Dr. Dagon was engaged by the World Bank as a senior executive and Consultant in Central European, Eastern European, and CIS countries, where he oversaw the successful establishment of leading initiatives. These include the execution of pension system legislation in Romania; various energy related projects in Georgia, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan and Turkey; Telecommunications projects in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan; and Medical and Social insurance projects in Hungary, Romania, Ukraine and Slovakia.
In the last two decades Dr. Dagon served as a Senior Executive in leading funds in Israel. In addition, Dr. Dagon also served as a principal investor and operating executive in several international investment banking entities that involved the acquisition, growth and disposition of a number of companies in the financial and Insurance/Reinsurance services, mining, infrastructure and healthcare sectors.
In recent years Dr. Dagon gained extensive experience in fund management and investments across China and Africa where while being involved in the financing and execution of a variety of infrastructure projects. As Chairman of Compass Group, Dr. Dagon has been active in the past years in leading fund management activities, managing a range of investment portfolio and rolling-out global investment projects. Dr. Dagon’s expertise also includes investments management in technology companies across a range of technology sectors including green tech, agro tech, energy, medical tech, homeland security, IOT, safe and smart cities, artificial intelligence, robotics and automotive.

Charles Ellinas is CEO of e-CNHC which offers advisory services and project management in the energy and oil and gas sectors, and provides a base from which to continue working in the hydrocarbons and energy sectors in Cyprus. A lot needs to be done and he aims to contribute to the successful development of these Sectors for the future of Cyprus.
Previously, as CEO of KRETYK he was responsible for implementing Cyprus government’s strategy for the development of its hydrocarbons sector, participation in the operation and management of new facilities for the monetization of hydrocarbons.
He was previously a Director of Mott MacDonald and the Managing Director of Mott MacDonald’s Oil, Gas & Petrochemical business world-wide, with over 35 years experience in the sector.
He was responsible for overall management and providing a focus for the Group’s oil, gas and petrochemicals engineering design, techno-economic studies and project management activities worldwide. This work won recognition through major awards, such as the 2006 British International Expertise Awards, for major projects, for the Cawthorne Channel Gas Gathering Project for Shell in Nigeria and the Engineering Achievement Award at the 2011 Oil & Gas Middle East Awards, for the Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) project at the Qarn Alam heavy crude oil field in Oman and the Offshore Project of the Year Award at the 2012 Oil & Gas Middle East Awards for the Zakum Water Injection project.
Charles joined Mott MacDonald in 1987 as co-founder and Managing Director of subsidiary Advanced Mechanics & Engineering Ltd (AME), which specialised in analysis and engineering design services of North Sea offshore structures and pipelines. AME was integrated into Mott MacDonald in 1993.
He started his career in industry with JP Kenny, specialising in subsea engineering and pipelines, where he was Manager of Technical Development until he left in 1987 to set up AME.

Mr. Zheng Fan finished his study at RWTH Aachen University in Germany for Electrical Power Engineering. He was involved in the research work of renewable grid connection study. In 2011, he worked in DNV GL, Renewables Certification in Hamburg. Then, he opened his own business in China, active in the area of renewable integration, power market and software R&D. He is member of China smart energy committee, founder of Sino-German renewable association, deputy secretary-general of Smart Energy Alliance and advisor of Asian Development Bank.
He is now the Managing Director of XCharge Europe GmbH, responsible for developing international EV charging market. XCharge can give innovated IoT solutions with both charging infrastructure and software cloud solution.

Eng. Avner Flor is the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Transport Authority of Israel, Avner is responsible for all the vehicle regulatory aspects including homologation, registration and implementation of vehicles in Israel. Among other responsibilities he oversees the Autonomous Vehicle regulatory aspects. Prior to this, he served as a senior director of motor vehicles division at the Ministry of Transport. Avner graduated from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and also holds a Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Amir Foster has been an Energy Analyst in the Israeli financial sector. In 2012 he founded a private consultant firm that specializes in the oil & gas industry, working with both private investors and public companies in risk assessments, market analysis, valuation and investment management. In 2016 he became the Head of Strategy & Research at the Israeli Association of Oil & Gas Exploration Industries
Foster holds an MsC in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

Michal Franco Kedmi is an Energy professional with 10+ years of public and private sector experience in the energy market (Gas, Power and Renweables) internationally and in Israel.
Michal manages an international energy consulting business that specializes in public affairs, projects development, regulatory consulting, commercial and contract management, strategy development, and market entry services.
In the past, Michal served as the Chief of Staff to the Director General of the Israeli Ministry of Energy and Water Resources, where she has been deeply involved in the formulation of the of the Israeli natural resources’ policy. Beforehand, michal headed the regulatory and legal department in Israel’s largest solar energy production company.
Michal is a Board Member of the Petroleum & Energy Infrastrcture Company - The PEI and previousy served as a board member in other major infrastrcture companies.
Michal is a certified Israeli Lawyer and earned her LL.B (Cum Laude) and LL.M, specializing in commercial Law from Tel-Aviv University.

Ella Freed is a Senior Equity Analyst at Bank Leumi Le-Israel Capital Markets. Ms. Fried specializes in energy sector within equity research and in addition of her coverage of the domestic energy sector, she has an extensive knowledge of the European Oil &Gas markets. Ella Fried has been in working in equity research for the last 10 years and previous to that spent several years as a financial journalist.

Dr. Revital Goldshmid, a cancer researcher in the Technion's Faculty of Medicine and a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Education at the Center for Academic Studies, has a PhD in biotechnology from the Technion, and has over 15 years of experience as a researcher in industry and academia. She is the CEO and founder of the Haifa Environmental Research Center.

Adv. Dan Hacohen heads the Energy department of Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co., the law firm at the heart of developments in Israel's vibrant energy sector.
Dan brings more than 30 years' experience in the domestic and global energy markets. He has been involved in most of the major natural gas transactions and developments in Israel and also advised on energy projects in the Far East, the U.S. and the North Sea.
He represented the Israeli Government in the privatization of a number of energy companies and established the government department that preceded the Gas Authority. He has represented the majority of the oil and gas exploration and production projects (including the Yam Tethys, Tamar and Leviathan projects), and in multi-billion energy related project finance.
Dan recently represented Noble and Delek in the acquisition of EMG shares and the sale of gas to Egypt; he advised the Leviathan and Tamar projects on the sale of gas to Jordan; and he represented the Palestinian Authority in the purchase of infrastructure and electricity from the Israel Electric Corporation.
Described as "the best lawyer in oil and gas in Israel" by Chambers Global, among many ranking directories, Dan was involved in the Sheshinski and Tzemach Committees reforms in the natural resources sector, served as the first Co-Chairman of the Energy Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and is generally recognized as a leading Israeli lawyer in the energy sector in.

Mr. Chen Herzog is the Chief Economist of BDO Consulting Group Israel. Herzog is an Energy and Gas expert. He is the head of the Energy Economics program at the Technion continuing education division. Has more than 20 years of professional experience in economic consulting and advisory for international corporations, government-owned entities and large companies in Israel. He has performed valuations, written economic opinions on complex issues and has advised on mergers and acquisitions.

Anat Klein, heads the Energy & Infrastructure department at GKH and specializes in energy & infrastructure, as well as in antitrust. Anat advises clients on the full range of legal issues in various fields of energy and infrastructure, such as oil and gas exploration, natural gas marketing and distribution, construction of conventional power plants as well as cogeneration plants, renewable energy projects such as solar, wind & biogas power, and other related matters in the energy sector. Our energy department consists of large local and international players in the various energy fields.

MR Zohar Lavie is a statutory and environmental consultant to organizations. On behalf of Israel’s southern district planning committee, he work revolves around solar energy and infrastructures - local power plants, water, communication.
In 1986-2015 Zohar was a committee member of TAMA 10 (for power plants and grid). In 1991-1996 he managed the License and Property division at Israeli Electric Company (IEC). In 1996-2015 he managed the Statutory and Environmental division at IEC.
Within the framework, he developed and managed an internal environmental enforcement program, led site detection for inland power plants, was dealing with private landowners (e.g., Hagit, Gezer), was in charge of preparation and approval of various national outline plans (among them for the combined cycle power plants in Eshkol and Haifa) and was in charge of environmental operational permits (e.g., air pollution emission permit). Zohar initiated the removal of Israel’s natural gas pipeline’s entry point from Ashkelon to Ashdod, and took part in planning and licensing the layout for the submarine pipeline to Reading and Hagit.
Zohar holds a BA in geography from Haifa University and MA in Regional Disaster Management from Haifa University. He is a Certified tour guide and active in heritage and historic preservation.

Amit Mor, an energy economist, energy strategist, and financial analyst, is the CEO and co-owner of Eco Energy Financial & Strategic Consulting td., an Israeli based firm that specializes in the energy, environmental, and infrastructure sectors. He earned his Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental and Mineral Economics at the Pennsylvania State University (1997). The topic of his dissertation was “Natural Gas Projects in the Developing World: an Empirical Evaluation of Merits, Obstacles and Risks”. He did his graduate studies in economics and business administration, as well as his B.A. degree in Economics, Finance and Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
During the past 29 years, Dr. Mor has specialized in energy finance and economics. He served as a consultant to governments, financial organizations, public and private companies in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, electricity and renewable energy. During the 1990’s he worked for eight years as a Consultant and Project Manager at the World Bank in Washington D.C., and specialized in the finance of natural gas, power and energy projects, as well as in reform planning of energy and environmental policies of developing countries. He was engaged in assignments in Middle Eastern, European, Asian, South-American, and African countries. During the 1980s he served as an Assistant to the Israeli Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and as a Chief Economist in the Economic Planning Authority in the Ministry of Economic Planning.
During the past 20 years Dr. Mor and Eco Energy worked intensively on issues concerning the development of the Eastern Mediterranean and Israeli gas sector. Dr. Mor and his partner Shimon Seroussi also lead the team that prepared the Energy Master Plan for the State of Israel and participated in the World Bank team that prepared the Energy Sector Review for the Palestinian Authority.

Matteo Restelli is Development Manager at Edison, EDF group and Development Director of IGI Poseidon SA, the JV Edison- Depa currently involved in the development of main gas pipelines in South East Europe: the Poseidon, IGB and EastMed pipeline projects. Through his involvement on a wide range of projects, for leading industry firms, Matteo has gained a significant experience in the development and the management of international natural gas infrastructures, among others: the Rovigo LNG Terminal, the first offshore LNG receiving, storage and regassification terminal, the South Stream Pipeline Project, the deepest pipeline in the Black Sea and the Green Stream Pipeline Project, the longest deepwater pipeline in the Mediterranean Sea. Matteo holds master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico of Milano.

Mr. Rigas is a founding shareholder of Energean Oil & Gas. He is a Petroleum Engineer with a combination of oil & gas and investment banking experience.
Prior to setting up Energean Oil & Gas, Mr. Rigas spent 18 years in investment banking and has experience in Private Equity investments in oil & gas, project finance and shipping. Between 2001 and 2007 Mr. Rigas set up, and became the Managing Partner of, Capital Connect Venture Partners, a Greek investment fund. From 1999 until 2001, Mr. Rigas managed Piraeus Bank’s Shipping Investment Banking division.
As Vice President of Shipping, Energy & Project Finance at Chase Manhattan Bank in London (1993-1999), Mr. Rigas arranged financing in excess of US$5 billion, mainly in the oil & gas sector.

Col. R. Petkevičius graduated from the Military Academy in Riga, Latvia in 1990 with a degree in engineering. He joined the Lithuanian Air Force in 1992 and held various positions from Chief Engineer at First Airbase in Šiauliai, Lithuania to Chief of the A4 branch of the Lithuanian Air Force. In 2000, Col. Petkevičius was appointed Director of the NATO Department at the Ministry of National Defense of Lithuania. His responsibilities included interaction with NATO and national institutions in order to ensure Lithuania‘s preparation for NATO membership. Later in his carrier, Col. R. Petekvičius was appointed to the position of Defense, Military, Air and Naval Attaché to the United States and Canada. Next, Col. R. Petkevičius served as National Military Representative (NMR) of Lithuania to the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE). Before his latest assignment Col. R. Petkevičius held the position of Director of Lithuanian National Liaison Officer to NATO HQ SACT in Norfolk, VA.

Dr. Rophe is the head of the Economic-Finance Division in the Electricity Authority since 2014. Her main responsibility is to set the electricity tariffs for the Israeli Electricity Company. Previously she was the Chairman of the board of the Dairy Council and was a Director of Economic at the Agricultural Planning Authority in the Ministry of Agriculture. She also served as a Director at the Governmental Agricultural Insurance company and the Plants Board.

Shimon Seroussi is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University, where he earned a Master’s degree in economics and a B.A. in statistics. He developed specialization in project finance and investment management including economic consulting to projects and businesses, and preparation of business plans and company valuations.
For more than 20 years Mr. Seroussi served in managerial positions in the Bank of Israel and in the Israel Securities Authority. In these frameworks he worked closely with the banks and with the Ministry of Finance and conducted supervision on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and on prospectus and financial reporting of enterprises that issued securities to the public.
During the past decade he was a member and coordinator of several public committees that dealt with reform, privatization and structural changes in the electricity, petroleum, water and telecommunications sectors in Israel.

שמעון סרוסי שירת יותר מ-20 שנים בתפקידים בכירים בבנק ישראל וברשות ניירות ערך, שמש כיו"ר וחבר ועדות השקעה בחברות ניהול קופות גמל, פנסיה וקרנות נאמנות והיה חבר ומרכז של ועדות ציבוריות רבות שעסקו בשוק ההון וברפורמות במשק החשמל, במשק הדלק וחבר בצוותים לגיבוש פרויקטים אזוריים לשיתוף פעולה בין ישראל לירדן, מצרים והפלשתינאים.

Elad is the CEO and co-founder of the Israeli Smart Energy Association (ISEA), a non for profit organization, serves as a national platform, bringing together local and global Smart Energy players and stakeholders to share knowledge, drive initiatives, and build partnerships.
Shaviv is a seasoned business leader, currently engaged with both the Hi-Tech and Cleantech domains, and volunteers in several initiatives looking at possible frameworks to encourage investment at the Israeli cleantech industry.
Shaviv is a frequent speaker at IT, Energy, and Innovation conferences around the world. Shaviv has over 20 years of executive experience in the IT and Energy industries. Among his roles, Shaviv served as business executive at Cisco Europe, General Manager at Riverhead Networks, CEO of Forbase, and other executive roles including roles at the RAD Group, VCON and ECI Telecom.
Elad holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology and an MSc in Business Management from Boston University.

Yehonatan Shohat, an analyst with 10 years of experience in capital market fields. His expertise is energy sector, with an emphasis on the Israeli Oil&Gas companies. For the past four years, Yehonatan has been working in the research department of Leader Capital Markets, one of the leading investment houses in Israel specializing in public and private offerins, investment banking, Brokerage and research.

Dr. Yuval Steinitz was appointed Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources (May 2015). Minister Steinitz kept his leading role on behalf of the Israeli government in the international campaign against the Iranian nuclear program and is overseeing the Israeli Atomic Energy Committee from the previous government.
Prior to his current position, Minister Steinitz was the Minister of Intelligence 2013 - 2015. In that capacity, Dr. Steinitz was responsible for overseeing the intelligence community, including the Mossad (Israeli CIA), Shin-Bet (Israeli FBI) and Israeli Atomic Energy Committee. Minister Steinitz was also in charge of economic aspects in the Israeli-Palestinians peace talks.
As number of the 2009 – 2013 government, Dr. Steinitz was the Finance minister. He constructed the stimulus package of 2009, and also launched the biennial budget framework (2009-2010, 2011-2012). Dr. Steinitz later designed and implanted major reforms in the energy, technology and housing sectors. In addition, Dr. Steinitz led Israel's historic accession to the OECD in 2010.
Before joining the government, Dr. Steinitz was a pivotal member in the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. MK Steinitz chaired the committee during 2003-2006, where he developed new jurisdictions and also initiated a few prominent parliamentary reports, mostly on intelligence topics. In this capacity, MK Steinitz co-established with Senator Jon Kyl the Joint Dialogue on Defense between US Congress and the Knesset. Dr. Steinitz is as a Knesset Member since July 1999, when replaced Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Prior to joining politics, Dr. Steinitz was a philosophy professor in Haifa University, where he focused on metaphysics and philosophy of science. He was also chosen as distinguished lecturer two years in a row. He holds B.A and M.A (with honors) from the Hebrew University, and Ph.D from Tel Aviv University. In 1993 he won the Alon Scholarship, the most prestigious award for young PhDs in Israel.
Minister Steinitz published four philosophy books, which received great public acclaim in Israel. His book, Invitation to Philosophy (1987), is the most popular philosophy book in Israel history, printed in 40 editions so far.
During the 1980s, Dr. Steinitz was an active member of the left wing “Peace Now” movement. He moved right in 1994, following his criticism on the Oslo Peace Process. Minister Steinitz was an infantry combat soldier in the IDF, first in the Golani Brigade, where he took part in the Operation Litani (1978), and then in the Alexandroni Reserve Brigade, during the 1982 Lebanon War.

Alexander Varshavsky has a MSc degree in Exploration Geophysics from the Russian State University of Oil and Gas (Moscow). He joined the Israel Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy and Water Resources as Deputy Mining Commissioner, held the position of the Petroleum Commissioner and currently he is the Director General of the Natural Gas Authority.

Carmel Yogev holds a B.A in economics and psychology and an MBA (Dis) from the Tel Aviv University.
Carmel has more than 20 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship and management of infrastructures, energy and water associated projects and companies. He has personally initiated and managed the construction of dozens of projects of infrastructures and energy throughout the years.
Since 2001, Carmel served as Chief Economist and head of the water and infrastructures consulting and management Department of Rimon. Later on, he initiated and ran the water development Division of the group. Since 2016, Carmel is serving as the CEO of the Energy and Water group in Rimon, and the chairman and director of 13 subsidiaries including Rimon energy, Rotem natural gas and Meiram electricity.

Binyamin Zomer is serving at Noble Energy as VP for Regional Affairs . In his role, Bini is the lead interface between Noble and the Government of Israel as well as the other governments in the region. In Israel Bini is responsible for the day to day representation and oversees regulatory affairs, media affairs, community outreach and Noble`s external affairs in the Eastern Mediterranean Region .Prior to joining Noble, Bini served as Deputy Director for Policy and Government Affairs at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) where he focused on energy and homeland security issues. Before joining AIPAC, Bini was Director of Federal Government Relations at Accenture LLP and before that served as Counsel to Don Nickles, US Senator from Oklahoma, after practicing law in Chicago. Bini has a Law degree from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas.
