Mr. Abu has served as CEO of Delek Drilling since 2011, and as CEO of Avner since 2016. He served as Trade and Regulation Manager of Delek and Avner, and as a Senior Professional Adviser to the Minister of Finance.
Mr. Abu was a partner in the development of the Tamar Field and in promoting development of all other discoveries. On behalf of the gas partnerships, he led the negotiations for the sale of natural gas to the domestic market and the regional agreements.
Mr. Abu holds an LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and undertook LLM studies in the joint program of the Hebrew University and Georgetown University Law Center.

מר יוסי אבו, מנכ"ל דלק קידוחים משנת 2011 ומנכ"ל אבנר משנת 2016. בתפקידיו הקודמים כיהן כמנהל סחר ורגולציה בדלק קידוחים ואבנר וכיועץ מקצועי בכיר לשר האוצר רוני בר-און, תפקיד במסגרתו היה מעורב בגיבוש תקציב המדינה ורפורמות מבניות במשק הישראלי.
יוסי היה שותף להובלת פיתוח מאגר תמר וקידום פיתוח תגליות לוויתן ואפרודיטה, והוביל מטעם שותפויות הגז את המו"מ למכירת גז טבעי למשק המקומי ובראשם ההסכם עם חברת החשמל, ואת המו"מ על הסכמי הייצוא האזוריים לירדן, מצרים וטורקיה.

Ron has served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 1990. During his first period at the ministry he was personal assistance to the Director General and dealt mainly with the Oslo process and the economic peace with the Palestinians. In 1997 he started a long and interesting period of 15 years dealing with all aspect of the United Nations. He started in New York, serving as counselor for economic and social affairs at the Permanent Mission of Israel. In 2004, two years after his return from NY, he became the director of the UN Department at the Foreign Ministry and engaged mainly with the efforts to promote the relations between Israel with the United Nations, as well as the image of the UN among the Israeli public. As part of these efforts he initiated the UNGA resolution on Holocaust Remembrance and the International Commemoration Day. He served as a member and the chairman of a UN committee on Program and Coordination and at the same time promoted an ODA law in the Knesset. In 2008 Ron started his post as Deputy Ambassador of Israel to the UN in Geneva where he was in charge on the relations with numerous International Organizations and Specialized agencies, such as the ILO, WHO, UNEP, UNHCR, IOM and ITU. Upon his return to Israel Ron has engaged in the Specialized agencies such as UNESCO. Later on he became the director for the OECD membership of Israel, and now also the Energy file in the MoFA, including the relations with the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) in Abu Dhabi.

Mr. Shimon Azulay, the Acting CEO of Petroleum and Energy Infrastructures LTD And Oil Product Pipeline LTD, and the COO of both companies. Just recently, he managed the gas crisis that hit the energy market and led the Company to the high performance required in this crisis, while actively managing the national fuel transportation system and providing solution to all the demands of the energy sector.
Shimon has been in PEI for many years during which he became a professional and well experienced in his field and one of the company's most valued manager. During the last decade he served as a member of the Board of Management as well as head of the Safety Department. Shimon led many changes in advancing the concept of fire extinguishing and fire fighting, initiating and setting up engineering projects, including setting up a school for fire extinguishing in the company and receiving recognition and certification by the National Firefighting Commission. As part of his job as head of OPP he is in charge of the fuel transportation activity and In 2011, at the time of the national gas crisis, he successfully managed the national fuel transportation system and provided a quick response to all the market demand, the core activity during the long crisis.
During the seven years preceding his appointment as a member of the Board of Management, Shimon served in a wide range of positions in PEI and thus knows them in full depth.

שמעון צמח וגדל בתש"ן- קמ"ד: במהלך העשור האחרון שימש כחבר הנהלה, כרא"ג בטיחות ורא"ג קמ"ד; כראש אגף בטיחות, הוביל לשינוים רבים בקידום תפיסת תורת הכיבוי והלחימה באש, ייזום והקמת פרוייקטים הנדסיים ובכלל זה הקמת בית ספר לכיבוי בחברה וקבלת הכרה והסמכה ע"י נציבות הכבאות הארצית, במסגרת תפקידו כרא"ג קמ"ד הוא ממונה על פעילות הזרמת הדלקים; בשנת 2011 ניהל את מערך ההזרמות הארצי בשעת משבר הגז הלאומי ומתן מענה לכל דרישות המשק בתחום הדלקים, פעילות הליבה לאורך המשבר הארוך.
במהלך 7 השנים שקדמו להיותו חבר הנהלה שימש שמעון במגוון תפקידי רוחב בחברות ומשכך מכיר אותן לעומקן.

כיהן במספר תפקידים ברשות להגבלים עסקיים משנת 2012 כאשר בתפקידו האחרון שימש אילת ככלכלן הראשי וממלא מקום הממונה על ההגבלים העסקיים. במסגרת תפקיד זה ניהל מקצועית צוות של 35 כלכלנים בתחומי תחרות, רגולציה וממשלה, לצד ייצוג רשות ההגבלים העסקיים בועדות ממשלתיות מרכזיות בנושאי ייבוא, נתוני אשראי ובנקאות.
בעבר שימש סמנכ"ל חברת Compass Lexecon בסן פרנסיסקו, ומילא תפקידי הוראה באוניברסיטת סטנפורד, באוניברסיטה הפתוחה ובאוניברסיטה העברית.

Mr. Epstein has been part of Israel's natural gas industry from the very beginning. From the mid-1990s until 2004, he held several positions related to natural gas and energy with the Ministries of Finance and Energy, and was part of the team tasked with preparing the country for natural gas. He joined INGL as Commercial Director when the company was founded in 2004, as part of the senior management team responsible for managing relationships with strategic customers, upstream suppliers and the regulator. Mr. Epstein has served INGL as manager of Commerce and Business Development since 2010 and was the project manager for the Hadera LNG Import Terminal.

Col. Gintaras BAGDONAS graduated from Kaunas University of Technology with an engineering sciences degree in 1991. 2004 - 2006 he studied at the Institute of International Relations and Diplomacy at Vilnius University and holds an MA in Political Sciences.
In 2002 Col. BAGDONAS completed the strategic senior officer course at NATO Defence College, Rome, Italy.
Col. BAGDONAS was appointed as Director of NATO Energy Security Centre of Excellence, based in Vilnius, Lithuania in August 2014. Prior to this appointment he had a two-year assignment as a Head of the Special Mission of the Republic of Lithuania to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Kabul. Before this appointment he served as a Commandant of the General Jonas Zemaitis Military Academy of Lithuania; the Director of Intelligence of the EU Military Staff, in Brussels, Belgium; the Director of the Second Investigation Department (Military Intelligence and Security) under the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Lithuania. From 1995 to 1998 he served as Defence Attaché of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republics of Latvia and Estonia.

Gidon Bromberg is an environmentalist who promotes peace and sustainable development through environmental education. He is the director of Friends of the Earth Middle East, an organization with offices in Israel, Palestine, and Jordan, whose main focus is on water resources in the region, and one of its cross-border projects - Israeli, Palestinian and Jordanian communities To learn about and protect their shared natural water resources.

Amit Bracha joined Adam Teva V’Din in 1999 after earning an LLB and LLM at Tel Aviv University’s School of Law. He became deputy director in 2008 and has served as Executive Director since 2010.
Early on, Amit developed a pro bono program of legal, scientific and urban planning guidance, information and representation to grassroots organizations and activist groups seeking solutions to environmental threats in their communities. The Communities program won a number of court decisions that eased the burdens of air pollution, noise, sewage etc. on the quality of life of Jewish and Arab Israelis. Later, he used this experience to draft new legislation, including a ‘Contaminated Sites’ bill that conditioned new development of such sites on prior risk assessments and remediation; both environmental and planning officials have changed their approach to contaminated sites as a result.
Today, by teaching Environmental Law at Hebrew University's Advanced School for Environmental Studies for the fifth consecutive year, Amit is sharing his knowledge and hands-on experience with the next generation of environmental advocates to empower them with the tools needed to address Israel's ever-growing environmental pressures and challenges. The course focuses on the nexus between environment, society, economy, urban development and policy change.
As director, Amit leads the organization’s growth and readiness for tackling the environmental changes of the next twenty years. He has shifted relationships with government ministries from confrontation to collaborative, without losing the organization’s cutting edge as the national environmental watchdog. He has expanded and refined Adam Teva V’Din policy arm as a means to influence environmental governance as Israel’s economy grows. Currently, he is working on integrating environmental economics as an essential discipline for maximizing the impact of our advocacy.

Guil Bashan has served as Principal Analyst and Director of Investor Relations at Delek Drilling since June 2016, following his term as Principal Analyst of the Delek Group.
Guil has extensive experience in financial markets, market analysis, valuation of companies, business analysis, and so on. He has previously served as a senior analyst in the capital market.
Guil holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration, and an MA in Philosophy from Tel Aviv University. He is also certified by the Israel Securities Authority as an investment advisor and portfolio manager.

Founded and managed several hi-tech companies, including Digital Fuel, which was sold to VMware in July 2011.
Active board member of several organizations that work on behalf of children, youth, and families at-risk, and that work to promote employment in the periphery.

הוא פעיל וחבר בוועד המנהל של מספר עמותות וארגונים הפועלים למען ילדים, נוער ומשפחות בסיכון וכן לקידום תעסוקה בפריפריה החברתית. בין הארגונים: פורום כפרי הנוער והפנימיות, עמותת שכולוטוב וארגון סח"י (ארגון נוער ונוער בסיכון) .
לפני כמה שנים חבר דנציגר אל מר משה כחלון ויחד עם עוד מספר שותפים לדרך הקימו את מפלגת "כולנו".

Charles Ellinas is CEO of e-CNHC which offers advisory services and project management in the energy and oil and gas sectors, and provides a base from which to continue working in the hydrocarbons and energy sectors in Cyprus. A lot needs to be done and he aims to contribute to the successful development of these Sectors for the future of Cyprus.
Previously, as CEO of KRETYK he was responsible for implementing Cyprus government’s strategy for the development of its hydrocarbons sector, participation in the operation and management of new facilities for the monetization of hydrocarbons.
He was previously a Director of Mott MacDonald and the Managing Director of Mott MacDonald’s Oil, Gas & Petrochemical business world-wide, with over 35 years experience in the sector.
He was responsible for overall management and providing a focus for the Group’s oil, gas and petrochemicals engineering design, techno-economic studies and project management activities worldwide. This work won recognition through major awards, such as the 2006 British International Expertise Awards, for major projects, for the Cawthorne Channel Gas Gathering Project for Shell in Nigeria and the Engineering Achievement Award at the 2011 Oil & Gas Middle East Awards, for the Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) project at the Qarn Alam heavy crude oil field in Oman and the Offshore Project of the Year Award at the 2012 Oil & Gas Middle East Awards for the Zakum Water Injection project.
Charles joined Mott MacDonald in 1987 as co-founder and Managing Director of subsidiary Advanced Mechanics & Engineering Ltd (AME), which specialised in analysis and engineering design services of North Sea offshore structures and pipelines. AME was integrated into Mott MacDonald in 1993.
He started his career in industry with JP Kenny, specialising in subsea engineering and pipelines, where he was Manager of Technical Development until he left in 1987 to set up AME.

Stelios D. Himonas was born in Athens, Greece, on May 2, 1962. He received the BE, MS and PhD degrees from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, USA in 1985, 1986 and 1989, respectively, all in electrical engineering. From 1989 until 1997 he was an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at the New York Institute of Technology, USA. Also, from 1994 until 1997, he was collaborating with the Multimedia Communications Research Group of Bellcore’s Applied Research Division in Morristown, New Jersey, USA.
Dr. Himonas has published numerous research papers in refereed journals and conference proceedings in the fields of detection and multimedia communications. Also, during the period from 1989 until 1997 he served as a reviewer of research papers submitted for publication to Transactions of the IEEE and Proceedings of the IEE, as well as to various conferences in the field of communications.
Currently he is the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Energy, Commerce, Industry and Tourism of the Republic of Cyprus. Prior to this position he was the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order in Cyprus and the Director of the Department of Electronic Communications. In addition, as from October 2012, he is the Digital Champion of Cyprus, appointed by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cyprus.
Also during the period from 2000 to 2003, he served on the Board of the Cyprus Telecommunications Authority. From 2006 until 2013, he held chairmanship and vice-chairmanship positions in European electronic communications committees.
Dr. Himonas is a member of the Sigma Xi and Eta Kappa Nu honor societies and the New York Academy of Sciences. He is listed in the Who is Who in the World, the Who is Who Among Human Services Professionals, the Who is Who in the East and the Who is Who in American Education.

Mr. Chen Herzog is the Chief Economist of BDO Consulting Group Israel. Herzog is an Energy and Gas expert. He is the head of the Energy Economics program at the Technion continuing education division. Has more than 20 years of professional experience in economic consulting and advisory for international corporations, government-owned entities and large companies in Israel. He has performed valuations, written economic opinions on complex issues and has advised on mergers and acquisitions.
Chen has a deep understanding of a wide range of industries including energy, natural resources, defense industries, chemicals, transportation, communications, infrastructure and airports. Chen provides expertise in economic and financial analysis of sector trends, forecast modeling, government policy and macro-economic factors.
Mr. Herzog holds an M.A. in Economics from the Tel Aviv University.

Binyamin Zomer is serving at Noble Energy as VP for Regional Affairs . In his role, Bini is the lead interface between Noble and the Government of Israel as well as the other governments in the region. In Israel Bini is responsible for the day to day representation and oversees regulatory affairs, media affairs, community outreach and Noble`s external affairs in the Eastern Mediterranean Region .Prior to joining Noble, Bini served as Deputy Director for Policy and Government Affairs at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) where he focused on energy and homeland security issues. Amir Zalzberg is the head of the Transportation and Fuel Division at the Ministry of Environmental Protection. He is in charge on formulating policy to reduce harmful emissions to air from transportation and fuel combustion. Amir is an expert in fuel properties and their effects on emissions and he is a member of technical committee 310 (oil products) at the Standards Institution of Israel. In addition Amir is an Atmospheric Chemistry lecturer at the Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem. Mr. Zalzberg holds a M.Sc. (Magna Cum Laude) in Atmospheric Sciences and a B.Sc. Amit Mor, an energy economist, energy strategist, and financial analyst, is the CEO and co-owner of Eco Energy Financial & Strategic Consulting td., an Israeli based firm that specializes in the energy, environmental, and infrastructure sectors. He earned his Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental and Mineral Economics at the Pennsylvania State University (1997). The topic of his dissertation was “Natural Gas Projects in the Developing World: an Empirical Evaluation of Merits, Obstacles and Risks”. He did his graduate studies in economics and business administration, as well as his B.A. degree in Economics, Finance and Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
During the past 29 years, Dr. Mor has specialized in energy finance and economics. He served as a consultant to governments, financial organizations, public and private companies in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, electricity and renewable energy. During the 1990’s he worked for eight years as a Consultant and Project Manager at the World Bank in Washington D.C., and specialized in the finance of natural gas, power and energy projects, as well as in reform planning of energy and environmental policies of developing countries. He was engaged in assignments in Middle Eastern, European, Asian, South-American, and African countries. Certified from the Hebrew University in Environmental Policy and Urban Planning in the Department of Geography and MA from Tel Aviv University, in Public Policy, a thesis that examined the issue of integrating infrastructures.
For the past 10 years, he has been the director of the Nature Protection Division of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel, and in this framework he also represents the environmental organizations in the National Council and the Committee for the Protection of the Coastal Environment.

Marc Frings, born in Neuwied in 1981, studied political science, public and civil law as well as peace and conflict research at the Philipps-University Marburg and at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques Lille. After joining KAS as a trainee / project assistant at the Indonesia and East Timor office (2010 to 2012), he worked for three years in the Asia and Pacific regional team. Here, he distinguished himself for the project regions of South and Central Asia and coordinated the foundation's commitment to the topics of energy security and climate change in Asia and the Pacific.
After living and working in the West Bank in 2001/2002 and 2009/2010, Marc Frings returned to the Middle East in the summer of 2015 to head the KAS Palestinian Territories Office in Ramallah.

Anat Klein, heads the Energy & Infrastructure department at GKH and specializes in energy & infrastructure, as well as in antitrust. Anat advises clients on the full range of legal issues in various fields of energy and infrastructure, such as oil and gas exploration, natural gas marketing and distribution, construction of conventional power plants as well as cogeneration plants, renewable energy projects such as solar, wind & biogas power, and other related matters in the energy sector. Elad is the CEO and co-founder of the Israeli Smart Energy Association (ISEA), a non for profit organization, serves as a national platform, bringing together local and global Smart Energy players and stakeholders to share knowledge, drive initiatives, and build partnerships.
Shaviv is a seasoned business leader, currently engaged with both the Hi-Tech and Cleantech domains, and volunteers in several initiatives looking at possible frameworks to encourage investment at the Israeli cleantech industry.
Shaviv is a frequent speaker at IT, Energy, and Innovation conferences around the world. Shaviv has over 20 years of executive experience in the IT and Energy industries. Among his roles, Shaviv served as business executive at Cisco Europe, General Manager at Riverhead Networks, CEO of Forbase, and other executive roles including roles at the RAD Group, VCON and ECI Telecom.
Elad holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology and an MSc in Business Management from Boston University.

Dr. Yuval Steinitz was appointed Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy and Water Resources (May 2015). Minister Steinitz kept his leading role on behalf of the Israeli government in the international campaign against the Iranian nuclear program and is overseeing the Israeli Atomic Energy Committee from the previous government.
Prior to his current position, Minister Steinitz was the Minister of Intelligence 2013 - 2015. In that capacity, Dr. Steinitz was responsible for overseeing the intelligence community, including the Mossad (Israeli CIA), Shin-Bet (Israeli FBI) and Israeli Atomic Energy Committee. Minister Steinitz was also in charge of economic aspects in the Israeli-Palestinians peace talks.
As number of the 2009 – 2013 government, Dr. Steinitz was the Finance minister. He constructed the stimulus package of 2009, and also launched the biennial budget framework (2009-2010, 2011-2012). Dr. Steinitz later designed and implanted major reforms in the energy, technology and housing sectors. In addition, Dr. Steinitz led Israel's historic accession to the OECD in 2010.
Before joining the government, Dr. Steinitz was a pivotal member in the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. MK Steinitz chaired the committee during 2003-2006, where he developed new jurisdictions and also initiated a few prominent parliamentary reports, mostly on intelligence topics. In this capacity, MK Steinitz co-established with Senator Jon Kyl the Joint Dialogue on Defense between US Congress and the Knesset. Dr. Steinitz is as a Knesset Member since July 1999, when replaced Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Prior to joining politics, Dr. Steinitz was a philosophy professor in Haifa University, where he focused on metaphysics and philosophy of science. He was also chosen as distinguished lecturer two years in a row. He holds B.A and M.A (with honors) from the Hebrew University, and Ph.D from Tel Aviv University. In 1993 he won the Alon Scholarship, the most prestigious award for young PhDs in Israel.
Minister Steinitz published four philosophy books, which received great public acclaim in Israel. His book, Invitation to Philosophy (1987), is the most popular philosophy book in Israel history, printed in 40 editions so far.
During the 1980s, Dr. Steinitz was an active member of the left wing “Peace Now” movement. He moved right in 1994, following his criticism on the Oslo Peace Process. Minister Steinitz was an infantry combat soldier in the IDF, first in the Golani Brigade, where he took part in the Operation Litani (1978), and then in the Alexandroni Reserve Brigade, during the 1982 Lebanon War.

Attorney specializing in economic regulation, a former antitrust commissioner. Graduated (cum laude) from the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University, who began his career as a lawyer and a partner in the law firm Zadok & Co.. In his private sector work, he focused on contracts and corporate law, intellectual property, competition law and administrative law, and dealt with complex litigation, including before the Antitrust Tribunal and the Supreme Court. In 1997, Adv. Strauss was invited to join the Israel Antitrust Authority, which was established only a few years earlier as head of the legal department and was appointed head of the ISA in 2001. As Antitrust Commissioner, he was intensively involved in regulating and shaping competition policy in Israel, In the course of his tenure, Adv. Shtrom was a member of various public committees, including the Bachar Committee, the Ariav Committee, the Kuchik Committee, the Trachtenberg Committee, and the Ministry of Finance, And the Governance Committee. In June 2015, the Minister of Finance and the Governor of the Bank of Israel appointed a public committee to increase competition in common banking and financial services. The Committee's recommendations were published in September 2016.
