Mr. Abu is the CEO of Delek Drilling since 2011. He also served as CEO of Avner Oil Exploration from February 2016 until 2017 and led the merger between the companies.
He previously served as Trade and Regulation Manager of Delek Drilling.
Yossi is a senior partner in the development of the Tamar and Leviathen reservoirs as well as promoting the development of Aphrodite, Karish and Tanin.
On behalf of the gas partnerships, he led the regional export agreements of neutral Gas with Egypt, Jordan and other Arab countries, while establishing strong and strategic relations with countries and governments in the region. He also negotiated the sale of natural gas to the Israeli local Market including the IEC.
Recently led the sale of Delek Drilling holdings in the Tamar reservoir to Mubadala Petroleum of Abu Dhabi.
Previously, he served as a Senior Professional Adviser to the Minister of Finance in Israel, during his role he was involved in the formulation of the state budget and structural reforms in the Israeli economy.
Yossi holds an LL.B from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and undertook LL.M. studies in the joint program of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Georgetown University Law Center.

יוסי היה שותף בכיר להובלת פיתוח מאגר תמר ומאגר לוויתן, וכן פיתוח תגליות אפרודיטה, כריש ותנין. יוסי הוביל מטעם שותפויות הגז את הסכמי הייצוא האזורים במסגרתם נחתמו חוזים עם מצרים, ירדן ומדינות נוספות מהעולם הערבי, תוך ביסוס קשרים אסטרטגים עם מדינות האזור, וכן הוביל את המשא ומתן למכירת גז טבעי למשק המקומי וחברת חשמל.
לאחרונה הוביל את מכירת אחזקותיה של דלק קידוחים במאגר תמר לחברת מובדאלה פטרוליום מאבו דאבי.
בעבר שימש כיועץ מקצועי בכיר לשר האוצר רוני בר-און, במסגרת תפקיד זה היה מעורב בגיבוש תקציב המדינה ורפורמות מבניות במשק הישראלי.
יוסי בעל תואר ראשון (LLB) במשפטים מהאוניברסיטה העברית ולימודי תואר שני (LLM) במשפטים בתכנית של האוניברסיטה העברית ואוניברסיטת ג'ורג'טאון.

Currently VP for Business Development and Chairperson of IBI Mutual Funds, Elah has worked in the capital market for over 20 years. Elah Co-founded IBI's women's investment forum, IBI's ESG and Impact portfolios amongst other initiatives at IBI.
Elah holds both an MBA and an MS Degree in Biology from the Faculty of Physiology and Pharmacology both from the Tel Aviv University.

Zviya Baron -An Innovation Catalyst & Eco-system Builder- is a seasoned innovation professional with 25 years of hands-on innovation experience and eco-system building. She has more than 15 years of innovation consulting track record with both government agencies and multi-billion corporations on innovation strategies and policies.
Currently, she is Head of Innovation at Israel Electric Corporate (IEC), which with 3 million customers and an annual revenue of USD5 Billion, is Israel’s main electricity provider. Ms. Baron is the first person ever in this role and is responsible for setting up the innovation strategy, implementing both open-innovation and corporate innovation methodologies and heading the corporate through the major energy transition ahead of us.
Previously, Ms. Baron was the founder and Head, of HANGAR by IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries), a $4bl. company, a commercial aviation start up hub. In that role, she initiated an open-innovation model customized to the needs of a state-owned company and start-ups alike. Her major success is the forming of a commercial aviation eco-system consisted of start-up companies, technology partners, airlines, regulators and co-optitors alike.
For twelve years, she acted as Director of Innovation at Petroquantum B.V, a Dutch based energy consulting firm, she incepted the innovation practice in Israel. SShe formed innovation strategies and designed innovation policies and tools for academia, government agencies and the industry. She also served as the "in-house" advisor of the Israeli National Innovation Energy committee at the Israeli National R&D Council which was aimed at building and expanding the energy eco-system in Israel. She has reached that role after playing a substantial role in the founding teams when her last role was as a CEO of an energy start-up company.
Ms. Baron is a visiting professor to various Israeli universities giving courses on innovation and green entrepreneurship to both graduate students and PhD's. She is a keynote speaker on innovation in various capacities. Ms. Baron earned her BA at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and her MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.

Master's in Finance (ESPC Europe), +15 years' experience in managing large working teams and initiating new yielding business opportunities; I have filled positions in Israel and abroad in Société Générale, WestLB, Dexia, Midroog (Moody's) and currently at Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, as the Project Finance Department Manager. Under my management at Mizrahi Tefahot, the Bank has arranged lines of credit for project finance transactions in the vicinity of NIS 10 billion and participated in these transactions in substantial amounts. Such transactions include around 1,800 megawatts in power projects, underlined by a variety of technologies including: conventional, co-generation, pumped-storage and renewable; of which stands out the financing of Ramat Hovav (Orot Yosef) – as Israel's largest energy project. In these days, the bank is engaged in reaching financial close in yet another huge national project – the Fast Lanes in Tel-Aviv. My goal is to retain the bank's position as a leading player in the project finance field in Israel and enlarge market share.

Amit Bracha joined Adam Teva V’Din in 1999 after earning an LLB and LLM at Tel Aviv University’s School of Law. He became deputy director in 2008 and has served as Executive Director since 2010.
Early on, Amit developed a pro bono program of legal, scientific and urban planning guidance, information and representation to grassroots organizations and activist groups seeking solutions to environmental threats in their communities. The Communities program won a number of court decisions that eased the burdens of air pollution, noise, sewage etc. on the quality of life of Jewish and Arab Israelis. Later, he used this experience to draft new legislation, including a ‘Contaminated Sites’ bill that conditioned new development of such sites on prior risk assessments and remediation; both environmental and planning officials have changed their approach to contaminated sites as a result.
Today, by teaching Environmental Law at Hebrew University's Advanced School for Environmental Studies for the fifth consecutive year, Amit is sharing his knowledge and hands-on experience with the next generation of environmental advocates to empower them with the tools needed to address Israel's ever-growing environmental pressures and challenges. The course focuses on the nexus between environment, society, economy, urban development and policy change.
As director, Amit leads the organization’s growth and readiness for tackling the environmental changes of the next twenty years. He has shifted relationships with government ministries from confrontation to collaborative, without losing the organization’s cutting edge as the national environmental watchdog. He has expanded and refined Adam Teva V’Din policy arm as a means to influence environmental governance as Israel’s economy grows. Currently, he is working on integrating environmental economics as an essential discipline for maximizing the impact of our advocacy.

Gidon Bromberg is the co-founder and 26-year Israeli Director of EcoPeace Middle East. Mr. Bromberg has written extensively on the relationship between water issues and Middle East peace and has presented before the UN Security Council, UN Climate Summit, US Congress, European Parliament and other international forums. Mr. Bromberg, an attorney by profession, is an alumni of Monash University in Australia, Washington College of Law at American University and Yale University's World Fellows program.

Since joining Chevron in August 1985, after graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Jeff has held a number of positions in a variety of locations including the United States, Venezuela, Indonesia, Kuwait and Nigeria. Prior to joining the Eastern Mediterranean Business Unit, Jeff was the Managing Director of Chevron’s Nigeria Business Unit located in Lagos Nigeria. Prior to his position in Nigeria, Jeff worked as VP Operations for Saudi Arabian Chevron located in Kuwait overseeing the Neutral Zone onshore operations. Jeff has held various positions in Drilling, Production Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, Operations, Planning and Organizational Capability.Jeff Ewing serves as Managing Director for Chevron’s Eastern Mediterranean Business Unit. In his role, Jeff is responsible for managing all aspects of the operations in Israel, the marketing of exported gas and working with government stakeholders and partners.

Mr. Alaa fakhuri is the Head of Renewable Energy Department in the Electricity Authority. Prior to his appointment he served Division Manager of Generation and Transmission licensing Department in the Electricity Authority. Before he entered the civil service, Alaa held a number of positions in the private sector in the fields of Electricity distribution in East Jerusalem Electricity Company and Renewable Energy Company . Alaa holds a(B.Sc.)& (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and a (M.A) in Public Policy and Government.

Eng. Avner Flor is the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Transport Authority of Israel, Avner is responsible for all the vehicle regulatory aspects including homologation, registration and implementation of vehicles in Israel. Among other responsibilities he oversees the Autonomous Vehicle regulatory aspects. Prior to this, he served as a senior director of motor vehicles division at the Ministry of Transport. Avner graduated from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev with a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, and also holds a Master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Amir Foster worked as a Senior Energy Analyst in Israel's financial market. In 2012 he established the "Foster Consultancy Group" that focuses on the energy sector in general and natural gas in particular. Among the company's clients were gas companies, government ministries and various organizations from Israel and abroad. In 2016 Mr. Foster was appointed as the Head of Strategy and Research of at the Israeli Association of Oil & Gas Exploration Industries, and since 2019 he acts as the Executive Director.
Amir holds an McS in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

אמיר פוסטר עבד כאנליסט אנרגיה בכיר בשוק ההון. בשנת 2012 ייסד את חברת פוסטר קבוצת ייעוץ המתמחה בייעוץ בתחומי האנרגיה ובפרט בתחום הגז הטבעי. בין לקוחות החברה ניתן למצוא חברות גז, ארגונים ומוסדות שונים בארץ ובעולם. בשנת 2016 פוסטר מונה לתפקיד ראש אגף אסטרטגיה ומחקר של איגוד תעשיות חיפושי הנפט והגז בישראל, ומשנת 2019 הוא מכהן כמנכ"ל האיגוד.

Yaniv Friedman was appointed CEO of Modiin Energy on April 2021 to implement its new strategy of development of oil&gas assets along side renewable energy. Prior to joining Modiin Energy Yaniv was Deputy CEO of Delek Drilling and took part in the amazing journey of the Israeli natural gas growth story.
Yaniv is an experienced Senior Executive with a demonstrated history of working in the energy and infrastructure industry across different energy platforms including Renewable Energy power and Natural Gas. Worked both internationally and domestically as well as large and smaller, public and private organizations.

Dr. Nurit Gal is the director of electricity and regulation division at the Electricity utility authority in Israel. In this capacity she is responsible for IPPs and renewable energy regulation and tariffs. Prior to that, Dr. Gal was the director of system analysis department at the IDF general staff, holding the rank of a colonel.
Dr. Gal holds 3 master degrees in operations research, in public administration and in energy policy. Her PHd title is: "Fuel Cost Uncertainty and capacity Investment in Competitive Electricity Markets".

נורית גל היא סמנ"כלית חטיבת חשמל ורגולציה ברשות החשמל. במסגרת תפקידה ד"ר גל אחראית לרגולציה ולתעריפים של שוק החשמל הפרטי ושל יצרני חשמל באנרגיה מתחדשת. בתפקידה הקודם ד"ר גל עמדה בראש המחלקה לניתוח מערכות של צה"ל וריכזה את ניתוח התוכנית הרב שנתית של הצבא.
לד"ר גל 3 תארי מאסטר: בחקר ביצועים, במדיניות ציבורית ובמדיניות אנרגיה. עבודת הדוקטורט עוסקת בנושא: השפעת אי וודאות במחיר הגז הטבעי על השקעות במשקי חשמל.

_ "Gains from Migration, Gains from Trade and Firm Heterogeneity."
I study the possible gains to an economy from eliminating all barriers to international migration. I develop a structural general equilibrium trade model of many countries, sectors and factors of production, that incorporates features from both neoclassical and new trade theories. I use this model to conduct a counterfactual simulation of migration liberalization. The paper departs from previous work by considering and emphasizing the role of .rm heterogeneity.

Orit Farkash-Hacohen is Israel's Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology.
Minister Farkash-Hacohen is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and clerked for Supreme Court Justice Dalia Dorner. She began working for a leading law firm in the private sector, and then moved to the public sector as the head of litigation at Israel's Antitrust Authority.
In 2003, Minister Farkash-Hacohen served as the legal advisor to the Israel Public Utility Authority for Electricity and later was appointed as the first woman to serve as its chairperson and director-general, a position she held for five years (2011-2016).
During her tenure as chairperson, she pushed for opening up Israel's energy production market to competition and encouraged the creation of a renewable energy industry.
Until being elected as a Member of Knesset in 2019, Minister Farkash-Hacohen was a partner at a leading law firm in Israel, where she directed its energy and infrastructure practice. Prior to becoming Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology, she held various positions in the government including Minister of Tourism, Minister of Strategic Affairs and member of the National Security Cabinet.
In 2006-2007, Minister Farkash-Hacohen attended Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, earning her Master's Degree in public administration. She is a visiting fellow at both the Consortium for Energy Policy Research at Harvard and the Harvard Electricity Policy Group (HEPG).

Eran Haimovich, CEO of Petroleum & Energy Infrastructure Ltd. Since 2018. Energy Infrastructure is the national infrastructure company of the Israeli fuel and energy economy and its activities focus on four main areas, including: unloading and loading, storage, transmission and issuance of crude oil and its products. During his tenure as CEO of Petroleum & Energy Infrastructure, he led the issuance of the company’s Bonds and its entry into the field of green energy infrastructure, including the construction of solar fields.
Served from 2012-2017 as CEO of Phenicia Flat Glass Industries, during which he led the move to connect the plant to natural gas transmission network, And making it the first plant in the Galilee to be connected to natural gas and the first plant in the country to work with compressed natural gas (CNG).
Mr Haimovich holds a BS.c in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University and a MBA from Ben Gurion University.

Erez Halfon is Chairman of the Board of EAPC, which operates in the energy and infrastructures industries.
EAPC recently signed an agreement with EMG for the export of natural gas to Egypt through infrastructures thereof.
At the same time, Mr. Halfon acts as Chairman of the Football Leagues Administration.
Until recently, Mr. Halfon acted as Chairman of the Board of Dorad Energy, a private power plant producing some 7% of Israel’s power generation capacity. As Chairman of Dorad, Mr. Halfon led, among other things, the gas purchase agreements vis-à-vis the Greek company Energean, from the Karish-Tanin reservoirs.
Mr. Halfon served as head of the Ministry of Treasury headquarters in the years 2015-2016, and as Director General of the Immigration Absorption Ministry in the years 2006-2009.
Mr. Halfon holds an MA in Public Policy and Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and a BA in Social Sciences and Communications from Bar Ilan University.

Michael Jungreis is Director of Business Development at Ormat with responsibilities for origination and acquisition of grid scale energy storage assets and companies, mostly in North America. Michael has held that role since 2016. Previously, since 2008, Mr. Jungreis held two other Business Development positions, one in the solar thermal field for Siemens (2008-2013) and one for Mekorot Development and Enterprise in the field of desalination and wastewater treatment. Michael holds a bachelor’s degree from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Business Administration and Middle Eastern History and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Dr. Racheli Kreisberg serves since January 2016 as the Innovation Attaché of the Holland Innovation Network, Ministry of Economic Affairs, at the Netherlands Embassy in Israel. She is responsible for developing R&D and business collaborations between Dutch and Israeli companies, universities, and research institutions. Her work is focused on the High-Tech Systems and Materials (HTSM) top-sector, i.e., photonics, robotics, cyber, agro-tech as well as the Life Science and Agro&Food top sectors. Prior to this position she managed her own consultancy company that specialized in the initiation and management of collaborative EU research projects, and she serves as an evaluator of the EU. Dr. Kreisberg was the Head of the Bioinformatics Unit of Tel Aviv University between 1998-2005. Dr. Kreisberg holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Molecular Microbiology from Tel Aviv University (TAU), an Executive MBA from TAU, an MSc in Chemistry (summa cum laude) from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.

Arno Laeven is strategy, technology and innovation consultant. Since 2014 he focuses in the area of blockchain and the decentralized design of processes, organisations, industries and ecosystems. He is a pioneer in blockchain and has set up and led teams at Philips Healthcare and Shell and he has advised companies like Bosch, KLM, Energy Web Foundation. He is now heading up the energy track at the Dutch Blockchain Coalition in which organisations like Shell, the Port of Rotterdam, the Dutch Emissions Authority along with startups and scale-ups in blockchain work together on use cases such as traceability of green energy.

Yechezkel Lifshitz is the Deputy Director General in the Ministry of Energy. He is in charge of the water area and a member of the Water Authority Council. In addition, he is taking care of the renewable energy and energy efficiency and in charge of promoting those areas.
In the past, he had worked in the Government Companies Authority. Under his responsibility were the largest companies such as Israel Rail Company, Mekorot, INGL and more.

Rivka Laufer is VP of Economics and Finance at the Electricity Authority. Prior to that, she served in a number of positions in the Budget Division within the Ministry of Finance, as the Director of Planning and Real Estate team, as a member of the board of directors of the Israel Port Authority, and as a manager of the Welfare and Social Security team. Amit Mor, an energy economist, energy strategist, and financial analyst, is the CEO and co-owner of Eco Energy Financial & Strategic Consulting td., an Israeli based firm that specializes in the energy, environmental, and infrastructure sectors. He earned his Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental and Mineral Economics at the Pennsylvania State University (1997). The topic of his dissertation was “Natural Gas Projects in the Developing World: an Empirical Evaluation of Merits, Obstacles and Risks”. He did his graduate studies in economics and business administration, as well as his B.A. degree in Economics, Finance and Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
During the past 29 years, Dr. Mor has specialized in energy finance and economics. He served as a consultant to governments, financial organizations, public and private companies in the fields of petroleum, natural gas, electricity and renewable energy. During the 1990’s he worked for eight years as a Consultant and Project Manager at the World Bank in Washington D.C., and specialized in the finance of natural gas, power and energy projects, as well as in reform planning of energy and environmental policies of developing countries. He was engaged in assignments in Middle Eastern, European, Asian, South-American, and African countries. During the 1980s he served as an Assistant to the Israeli Minister of Energy and Infrastructure and as a Chief Economist in the Economic Planning Authority in the Ministry of Economic Planning.
During the past 20 years Dr. Mor and Eco Energy worked intensively on issues concerning the development of the Eastern Mediterranean and Israeli gas sector. Dr. Mor and his partner Shimon Seroussi also lead the team that prepared the Energy Master Plan for the State of Israel and participated in the World Bank team that prepared the Energy Sector Review for the Palestinian Authority.

Ms Elizabeth Press is Director of Planning and Programme Support in the Executive Office of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA). She leads the Agency’s programme and strategy development and related activities in IRENA governing bodies. Ms Press represents IRENA in climate-focused organisations and initiatives and leads several special projects, including geopolitics of energy transitions. She also oversees diversification of the Agency’s resource base and is IRENA’s focal point in Europe.
Ms Press has served with IRENA since its inception in 2011. Before joining the Agency, she worked for some 18 years in development and peace and security, predominately with the United Nations. For more than two decades Allon Raveh has been holding senior positions in the energy, infrastructure, and transportation sectors. He was CFO for Zim Integrated Shipping Services Ltd, VP Business Development for Paz Oil Company Ltd, VP Business Development for Israel Corporation, Israel's largest holding company.
In early 2017 Allon joined Shikun & Binui Group, initially as CEO of Shikun & Binui Concessions, the group's global infrastructure development arm, and more recently CEO of Shikun & Binui Energy, Israel's largest diversified IPP and energy storage company, with assets totaling 3.8GW in generation capacity and 3.9GWh in storage capacity (either operational or under development). In 2019, Allon led the establishment of Shikun & Binui Energy's activities in the United States which today include a 400MWh battery energy storage project in California, 108MW in operational PV projects, and several other projects under development.
Allon is a CPA and lawyer, having graduated from Tel Aviv University and has also an M.Sc. in Finance (with distinction) from the London Business School.

Yair Rubinstein, who has 20 years of experience with the natural gas system in Israel, began his career as an engineer at TAHAL, editor of the Natural Gas Master Plan, editor of Tama 37, partner in preparing the Israeli standard and designer of many transmission pipeline segments. Then served as CEO of TMNG for 7 years where he engaged in detailed planning and construction of transmission systems in Israel and abroad, onshore and offshore, was a partner in the distribution company Rotem Natural Gas in Jerusalem and dealt with principle design, detailed engineering and construction of many facilities of gas supply systems for Noble Energy and Energean, of transmission systems for INGL, Design & Construction of distribution pipelines and connection of many factories and power plants to natural gas.
Today he serves as VP of Business Development at INGL and is responsible, as part of the company's management, for the continued development of the transmission system for export projects, connection of IEC’s coal-fired power plants, preparation of INGL to the hydrogen economy, upgrading of customer relation management, and for the innovation in the company

Shimon Seroussi is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University, where he earned a Master’s degree in economics and a B.A. in statistics. He is a qualified engineer and graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Electrotechnique, Grenoble.
Before joining Edison, he spent 4 years as CEO at Fenice Spa, an Italian EDF Group company providing eco-energy and co-generation services to large industrial customers.
Vergerio began his career at EDF in 1975 in Power Transmission and Delivery Networks and later in International Operations. In 1993 he moved to Lebanon to head the EDF project for the reconstruction of the country's electricity network. Returning to France, he ran the Strasbourg operating unit for four years, before being appointed Managing Director of EDF's Egyptian branch, building and putting into operation two 700 MW gas fuelled power stations.
Joined Edison in November 2008 as Group Chief Operating Officer reporting to CEO. He is currently the Director of Gas Midstream, Energy Mangement & Optimization.

Jonathan Walters is a former Director in the World Bank’s MENA department and has twenty-five years’ experience in the energy sector and its relation to climate change. He is now a Senior Associate at E3G, the climate change think tank, and a Senior Visiting Research Fellow at the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies. He has worked on all the countries of MENA, most of the countries of Asia, many of the countries of Africa, the former Soviet Union, and Eastern Europe, and on the EU energy market. His work has involved him in almost all segments of the energy supply chain, from upstream oil and gas through to renewable electricity and green hydrogen. He is currently very focused on global issues of electricity sector reform, the transition away from coal and natural gas, the emerging impact of disruptive energy technologies (such as green hydrogen, solar energy, and energy storage), and the role of clean energy in the global economic recovery. Jonathan has an MA in Politics and Philosophy from St. Catherine’s College, University of Oxford, and an MSc (with Distinction) in Economics from Queen Mary’s College, University of London. He has researched and published on such topics as solar energy market integration between North Africa and Europe, disruptive electricity technology, energy transitions in Central Asia, and European green hydrogen policy

Prof. Yoav Yair (b.1958) is the Dean of the School of Sustainability at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya (IDC). His main research fields include atmospheric electricity, lightning (on Earth and other planets), space weather, solar-terrestrial relations, transient luminous events (TLEs) and dust storms. During 1998-2003 he was the project coordinator for the Mediterranean Israeli Dust Experiment (MEIDEX), conducted on board the space shuttle Columbia during its last mission. Afterwards, he led the ILAN campaigns (Imaging of Lightning And Nocturnal emissions) for studying TLEs in the Eastern Mediterranean, involving multiple observation points and coordinated optical and electromagnetic measurements. In 2011, he conducted observations of lightning and TLEs from the International Space Station (ISS) in collaboration with Japans' Space Agency [JAXA] and in 2015, with the European Space Agency [ESA]. He has taken part in European COST actions expert network "Physics of Lightning", "TOSCA: Towards a more complete assessment of the impact of solar variability on the Earth’s climate" and "Electronet". Prof. Yair is the author of several text-books in the atmospheric sciences and authored (and co-) over 90 refereed papers. He is an experienced session chair, convener and organizer of numerous professional sessions in atmospheric electricity. Recently, he was appointed to the Israeli task force on the implementation of the UN SDGs, with emphasis on the role of universities. Next year Yoav will participate in the AMEDEE 2020 Analog Mars mission in the Negev desert in southern Israel, with the Austrian Space Forum. He is an enthusiastic science communicator, gives public lectures and popular radio talks on various topics in planetary and earth science, climate change and space physics, and is being frequently interviewed by the Israeli media on related topics.
Prof. Yair is also an expert on ICT and Learning Technologies. With 15 years of experience as developer at the Center of Educational Technology in Tel-Aviv, he moved to be head of the Center for Technology in Distance Education at the Open University of Israel (2004-2009). He served on the board of the Chais Research Center for Learning Technologies at the Open University. From 2012-2014 he headed the national Inter-University Center for Learning Technologies in Israel (MEITAL). Prof. Yair was also a member of the UN CTBTO academic forum on banning of nuclear testing, as an expert on e-learning (2012-2014). At the IDC, he heads the institutional Learning Innovation committee.

She joined the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) as a cadet in 1988. She served as a consul in Sao-Paulo, Brazil (1992-1996) where she was chosen by the MFA as an "Outstanding Diplomat of the year 1995."
She served as Consul General to the Southwest of the USA, in Houston, Texas (2002-2005). The consulate under her command was chosen by the MFA to be honored as the "Outstanding Team of the year 2003." 2006-2007 – Head of Israeli Media department, serving as the Ministry's spokesperson to the Israeli media.
In 2008-2015, she served as Head of Bureau for Middle East Economic Affairs at the MFA. In this capacity she has been involved with the advancement of Israel economic relations with Middle East countries, working with the business community and economic institutions, academia and research centers, international organizations, embassies, relevant ministries and governmental agencies.
2013 - she was awarded the Foreign Ministry's Director General's Award of Excellence for initiating and leading the strategic-economic project turning Israel into a land corridor for regional commercial traffic with Israel's neighboring countries.
In 2015-2017 She served as Ambassador of the State of Israel to the Republic of Cyprus.
She was in charge of Women's Status at the MFA (2006-2009). She also served as the MFA's representative to the Consulting Committee of the Authority for the Advancement of Status of Women in the Prime Minister's Office.
2000-2001 - served as the elected chairperson of the workers committee of the Israeli diplomatic service, advocating for excellence in the diplomatic service.
She participated in numerous diplomatic delegations to international fora and dialogues.
Holder of MA degree cum laude from Hebrew University in Geography and Urban Studies and a BA degree from Hebrew University in Geography, Sociology and Anthropology.

Binyamin Zomer is serving at Noble Energy as VP for Regional Affairs . In his role, Bini is the lead interface between Noble and the Government of Israel as well as the other governments in the region. In Israel Bini is responsible for the day to day representation and oversees regulatory affairs, media affairs, community outreach and Noble`s external affairs in the Eastern Mediterranean Region .Prior to joining Noble, Bini served as Deputy Director for Policy and Government Affairs at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) where he focused on energy and homeland security issues.
